Process of 'Stormy'

I thought it can't hurt to make another process-image (: It's about the digital editing after finishing the drawing on paper. Personally I really like to look at this stuff when it's done by others. Therefore I want to provide a little insight to my own creations, maybe you find them interesting as well. I've kept my descriptions short, so let me know if you need me to explain something in detail.
PS: I've done this steps in Photoshop, but I'm sure there are similar ways in other programmes.
